ByzzPath was born out of an inspiring conversation with our longtime friend, Thomas. He approached us with a vision for a tech-driven gastronomy business but struggled with operational areas that, while crucial, were not directly related to the core of the company. As a talented manager, Thomas confessed, “I know where I want to go, but I don’t know how to get there or inspire people—employees, investors, or customers—to follow my vision.”

Initially, we were unable to support him due to our commitments to two parallel projects. During one of our discussions, Thomas suggested we write a book to address the challenges faced by founders like him. The idea evolved into something much bigger—a startup designed to assist entrepreneurs in every step of their journey using advanced technologies.

Through countless brainstorming sessions and our own experiences, we realized that what founders truly need is not just advice but a structured, practical approach that minimizes unnecessary costs and complexity. Inspired by a casual moment making homemade pizza, we began to map out the foundational elements of a business plan—just as one might outline the steps to grow a simple pizzeria into a large chain. From this exercise, ByzzPath emerged as a comprehensive roadmap to guide founders from their initial ideas to growth and beyond.
